Yep, it actually comes to us.
Tell us what happened and what device you’re using.
support@usezap.appTell us what you think Zap should do.
feedback@usezap.appFor everything that doesn’t fit neatly above.
hello@usezap.appOpen Photos, go to Albums, then Recently Deleted. Anything Zap removed in the last 30 days is there and can be recovered. Inside a session, the undo button on the left of the dock brings back the last item you binned.
Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by us. To cancel or change a plan, open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions. If you have paid and Zap+ has not appeared, use Restore purchases on the account page first.
Zap needs full library access to work. If you granted limited access, open Settings, find Zap, tap Photos and choose Full Access. Limited access cannot be used for swiping because Zap cannot see what it has not been shown.
Open Zap, go to Settings and choose Delete account. That removes the record tied to your Apple identifier straight away. If you have already deleted the app, write to hello@usezap.app and we will do it for you. Your photographs are unaffected either way, because we never held them.
