You may create an account using email or via Sign in with Apple (iOS) or Google (Android). You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.

3. Subscriptions and Payments
Zap offers paid subscription plans, each with a 7-day free trial. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your respective app store. We do not issue refunds.

4. Use of the App
You agree to use the App for lawful purposes only and not to misuse it. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms.

5. Ownership and Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and visual design elements are the exclusive property of Zap.

6. Feedback
Any feedback or suggestions submitted may be used by us without compensation or acknowledgment.

7. Disclaimers
We do not guarantee that the App will function uninterrupted or error-free. Functionality may vary across devices.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted under UK law. Any disputes will be subject to UK jurisdiction.

10. Third-Party Services
We integrate with Firebase, Apple, and Google services. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms.
